Our school is located in Gammelbacka. Behind the school is field which next to located Kokonniemi’s Sports and riding stables. Opposite of the school is apartment buildings. Near the school is also a pizzeria and a short distance is located the Gammelbacka’s a small shopping center and a church. About the 1500’s before the church was even built, there was located in Gammelbacka’s manor house, which burned down in 1974. In the woods next to the school, you can still see the remnants of the mansion like a tree planted by tunnels and stone bases. The Church is surrounded by a large park which has been made when the manor house was still intact. The next couple of pictures of the church nearby park:
