Two weeks ago we went take pictures of our school neighborhood. Our school is located in Gammelbacka, which is good because I live in Gammelbacka and I have a short distance to the school 😀 I have lived in Gammelbacka over 15 years, and I think this area is very child-friendly. Gammelbacka is also pretty unpredictable place, because here lives also such ones people with whom you do not want to have anything to do with. Well, i guess that kind of people lives everywhere but still 😛

So, there are apartment buildings, playgrounds, kindergartens, primary school, local store, gas station, community centre, church and also our wonderful youth center where you can just relax and hang out with your friends! 🙂 And also a small forest with a short nature trail.

Near of our school is many activities. There is sports fields, skatepark, an ice rink, multi-purpose hall, and a small swimming place. There is also ski resort Kokonniemi.
